Prerequisites to Serve as a Team Manager

To ensure each team operates smoothly and maintains compliance with organizational standards, all individuals serving as Team Manager must meet the following three prerequisites:

  1. Complete all required registration and screening requirements
  2. This includes any mandatory volunteer registration steps, background checks, and approvals required by the organization and governing bodies.
  3. Finish all required training and certification modules
  4. Team Managers must complete all designated training (e.g., player safety, conduct, and any other required education modules) prior to participating in team operations.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to manage team communications and administrative responsibilities
  6. Managers must be prepared to coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate team records, communicate timely updates to families, and serve as a consistent point of contact between coaches, parents, and the organization.
