Crossbar Parent Account Setup & Registration Guide

Create a Parent Account

  1. Click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Watch for a verification email from Crossbar.
  4. Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.
  5. Complete your profile by entering your name and phone number.
  6. Click Save.


Parent Account Menu Options

  • Participants: Add and manage participants (players) connected to your account.
  • Teams: View assigned team(s). Selecting a team opens the team page.
  • Settings: Update your name, phone number, email address, and password.
  • Notifications: Manage email notifications for games and practices.


Add a Player (Participant) to Your Parent Account

  1. Log in to your Parent Account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click Add Participant.
  4. Complete the player profile:
  • Player name
  • Birthdate
  1. Save the participant.


Register a Player for EHYH (Crossbar)

  1. Log in to your Parent Account.
  2. Click the blue + Registration button in the upper-right corner (to the right of the main dropdown menus).
  3. Select Learn MoreRegister.
  4. Choose an existing player profile or create a new player.
  5. Enter the player’s address (and any additional required details if creating a new profile), then select Continue.
  6. Select 2026–2027 SeasonContinue.
  7. Click Complete Registration.


Important: Players must complete registration to be eligible for placement on a Crossbar roster. Team assignments are completed on the back-office side by the team's registrar.

Set Up a Family Account (Multiple Adults, Same Player Profile)

Use this if more than one parent/guardian needs access to the same participant profile.

  1. Log in to your Parent Account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click the Player Profile icon beneath the player’s name.
  4. Review the table listing the name, email address, and phone number of people already associated with that player profile.
  5. To add another adult, click Add Account.
  6. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.

What happens next:

  • If the person already has a Crossbar account, they will be added immediately to the player profile.
  • If they do not have an account, Crossbar will send them a verification email. They must create their own Crossbar account, and once completed, they will be added to the player profile.


Note: A participant (player) can only be connected to one Family Account.

Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
